Equipping Sessions

Join us over 8 Sunday afternoons as we intentionally commit to equipping ourselves as Disciples of Christ. We hope that every member will be able to (1) be a Witness for Christ; and to (2) teach the fundamentals of their faith to others at the end of these Equipping Sessions.

About the event
"I am a Disciple of Christ."
We hope that every member of My Saviour's Church (English) will commit to a lifestyle of discipleship.
All members of the English congregation are encouraged to set aside this time and participate in the Equipping Sessions.
Over 8 Sunday afternoons, we will embark on an intentional season of equipping ourselves as Disciples of Christ by exploring:
- The Joy of the Word;
- The Joy of Prayer;
- The Joy of Sharing Your Faith;
- The Joy of Assembling for Worship.
The key objectives of these Sessions is that every member will be able to (1) be a Witness for Christ; and to (2) be able to teach the fundamentals of their faith to others.
These Equipping Sessions are intended to be practical sessions that follow from the sermon topic addressed in the morning service. Sessions will be conducted in a workshop format with time for discussion and sharing. There will be a special children's programme conducted concurrently during these Equipping Sessions. Lunch will be catered at personal expense after the morning service.
All cell group meetings, youth fellowship meetings and young adults groups will be suspended in February and March so that all members can participate in this congregation-wide Equipping Sessions.
